“Nice quiet area clean room cabin I should say and very peaceful Pleasant I'm glad I stayed there”

“Third time staying at this location. This unit didn't seem as clean as the previous two but wasn't terrible be any means. We did have an issue with ants on the backsplash in the kitchen area. I called the front desk and someone came and sprayed and put out some traps which looked like fixed the problem. They were very quick to respond. Only issue I have with check in at this resort is you have to get a parking pass from the timeshare sales people who try to get you to book a presentation with...

“well, we checked in late the first night and then I was told to just come down whenever I woke up to get the key and we ended up getting locked out of our room and I could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk nor the lady at Oiva, which is the company who runs the hotel could not get a hold of anyone to give me our keys so we had to spend one night in our car which they refunded us a night for that but then they charge me twice which our state has been over now and I still haven't received...

“The view from the patio was great. But the bathroom was not clean and adequate supplies (tissue paper, soap, etc.) were not provided. The sheets on the bed were not clean! We will not stay there again.”

“We were there in April and the price was amazing for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It had a living room and full kitchen and washer and dryer. You have to wash your own towels if you want clean ones ... Which we did. One bedroom had a ceiling fan and one didn't. It would have been nice to have a fan in both rooms. It was gated and a very safe area. Highly recommend!!”

“When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. “We had a wonderful visit staying in the Mulberry cottage. Very clean unit with a nice view. All the amenities we needed, even a kitchenette. The owners are super nice and accommodating. Having access to two docks on the lake can't be beat!”
